Instant Information Model

AI-built doesn't mean undocumented. Architects get the information model they expect, from evidence.

An AI skill and template that produce an Information Model document for an application once it's built: what information it holds, what it means, where it comes from, who owns it, how it's protected and kept, and how it maps to the database.

Instant Data Model

How the application's data is stored, generated from the database itself.

An AI skill and template that produce a Data Model for an application after the build and at every release: every table, column, key, index, procedure and trigger, how audit history is built, and how the database is secured.

• Diagrams, a data dictionary for your catalogue tools, and a schema export.
• Generated from a non-production copy of the database, read-only. It changes nothing and never connects to production.

Instant pull request template

One pull request per Unit of Work, summarised so a reviewer can judge it in minutes.

AI builds produce changes faster than anyone can review them line by line. Most are Tweaks: small cosmetic changes (a colour, a label, spacing) your experts have already seen and accepted on screen. This template groups them as one line and puts the reviewer's attention on what matters: the rules, the risk and the evidence.

• Which requirements the pull request serves, what changed and why, its risk tier, the tests that prove it, and the independent AI review with how each finding was resolved.
• Every rule changed or added, with its decision reference. A Tweak that changes behaviour is a rule, not a Tweak.

Instant risk tier register

A spreadsheet for recording the risk tier of every part of an application: Critical, Important or Standard, with the reason, who decided and when.

The tier decides how much human review each part gets, so review keeps pace with AI-written code without treating every screen as critical.
